Assistant Manager - Indirect Taxation


Job Description:



  1. Regular reading of the case laws, notification, and advance rulings and preparing a compendium for the same

  2. Training the juniors at regular intervals to make them understand the whole GST refund process.

  3. Collating all the possible practical cases and situations where the possibility of a GST refund may arise and preparing a master file for the same.



  1. End-to-end responsibility for handling a GST refund including preparation of the application, verification of invoices, the authenticity of the data, and other documentation to ensure compliance with GST regulations.

  2. Serving the clients with a customer focused excellence approach.

  3. Manage a team of 4-5 members by reviewing their work, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback, and ensuring to get the job done from them within the given stringent deadlines.

  4. Sharing the weekly report with the clients regarding the status of their refund claim Provide regular MIS reports on the status of GST refunds to management.
